This will tighten up your muscles but not make you loose weight. To loose weight you need to find a diet you can live with for life. Look into what you eat daily. Add more fiber to your diet, more fruits and vegetables. Try eating a salad before every meal. You will find the act of making the salad, and then eating it before sitting down to your main course will help you push away from the table easier eating less. Over a time period, you will notice the muscles are starting to show because the fat is disappearing. Also taking a fast pace walk daily helps you burn belly fat. The hardest fat to burn off.
